HTC Mozart updated to Windows Phone Tango aka WP7.5 refresh (Updated)
It seems that the much-discussed update to Windows Phone Tango is being released at this very hour, to report it is Aviraj Ajgekar, Technology Evangelist for Microsoft writing on his technet blog that his unlocked HTC Mozart received an update that upgraded his HTC Mozart to software version 7.10.8779.8.
You acknowledge that you have received as many as 3 consecutive updates to bring your own device, the shift has seen these different versions, build 8112.7 -> 8773.98 -> 8779.8.Despite this, the download time of several updates is quite low, probably because Windows Phone Tango does not offer a significant number of new features.,mostly some fixes and updates to the OS (mostly around enhancing MMS).

Nokia Lumia 610 (WP7.5 Refresh) Video Playback Capabilities Differs From Other Lumia Devices
Here is a chart that compares Lumia Nokia 610, Nokia 800 and Nokia Lumia Lumia 900. We analyze the new Nokia Lumia 610, of which many are calling for the differences in performance due to less RAM memory.
As the first point the developers of Nokia have been analyzing the rendering of video playback and found that, although supported, but putting a video encoded in an unsupported codec with hardware acceleration, bitrate or higher resolution compared to the baseline Windows Phone, the software may be unable to play the file correctly.
"Video in a supported format but encoded in a codec not supported with hardware acceleration or at higher bitrates or resolutions than the Windows Phone baseline, may either fail to playback or be rendered in software. If software rendering occurs playback will be poor — jumpy and choppy. For example, a video using the VC1 codec Advanced or Main profiles may play through software rendering, instead of hardware acceleration, but if the encoded bitrate is too high it will fail.7x27a-powered phones impose limitations on the video they can play. These limitations have been implemented to account for the lower processing capacity and memory of these phones. However, by re-encoding your video and making use of the techniques outlined in this article you can preserve your apps UX and continue to offer your users a rich video experience."

Among the various rumors leaked earlier today, it was thought that the Nokia 719 Lumia was the variant of the Nokia 710 Lumia but given the image of the terminal is clearly visible between the two devices, there are substantial differences between that design and aesthetics keys classic Windows Phone.
The Nokia 719C Lumia should arrive in China soon and will support the CDMA network and probably also the GSM network. Nothing official about it yet, we hope to arrive early and clarify ideas.

Stephen Elop: Nokia Lumia coming to China on March 28th
Another important move for the spread of smartphones Lumia is being made by Nokia. The Windows Phone the Finnish manufacturer will make their debut in the important Chinese market from next March 28 as it was confirmed by Nokia CEO Stephen Elop.
Nokia has failed to arrive first in the Chinese market with devices based on the operating system of Redmond. For several days, in fact, HTC has already started to offer Chinese users the Titan . The delay from the Finnish, however, does not seem to be excessive, given that by the end of March Lumia also try to make a breach between the Chinese public.
Not yet been announced models that will be distributed by the two national telephone operators China Telecom and China Unicom. And 'argument holds that it will be variants of the Lumia Lumia 800 and 710. Recall that in the past weeks the rumors first referred to the CDMA version of Lumia 800 .
Yet to assess the reception that the Chinese public to reserve Nokia Lumia. In China the company has managed to expand the installed base of devices Sybmian and telephone operators engaged in the marketing of Lumia will be an important tool for "ferry" the user from the previous proposal for a new platform to Nokia.

An icon will alert you when your applications use the location service in the Tango update
Microsoft has recently updated its page devoted to information about Windows Phone inserting a new feature that will come with the Tango update.
A new icon will be added in the notifications bar hidden link at the top of Windows Phone, this icon will be displayed only when an application uses the location service on Windows Phone(GPS or network).
This new icon (you can see in the picture above), will be displayed only if we enabled the "position" on the settings of Windows Phone, which allows applications to precisely know our exact location.
Microsoft informed that this feature will be included with the next update of Windows Phone (Tango) , which will first pre-installed on new devices and later as an upgrade for the "old" devices.
"After the new devices are out, we'll start the process of working with mobile operators to bring an update to current customers"
