To receive these items only will be enough to register  for the Windows Phone Insider Newsletter  and, after receiving the email with the code necessary to redeem the item, you need to go to the website xbox.com  using the following steps:

• Log on with your Live account and select the "My Account"
• Select "Redeem Code" in the lower left and enter the code received
• Select the new object in the "Edit My Avatar" or using the Xbox LIVE Extras for Windows Phone
