A limitation of Windows Phone is fairly criticized due to the lack of some abilities and screen capture is one of the most pointed.This is a feature that is available in iOS,Android and even in WebOS.So far this function but has been ported to Windows Phone only from third parties apps and is only available if you have the unlocked phone or custom rom's.
Microsoft said the presentation of Windows Phone 7.5 that was not an essential feature for smartphones but now, according WPDang, the Redmond company's steps back, admitting that might be useful, not essential, but useful.
" We recently learned that Windows Phone 8 will be possible to make screenshots by pressing a special button on the camera or by pressing the two buttons. The captured image will be saved to the image, so that the user can then share them with anyone who wishes. ". These words WPDang.
The blog, however, says that currently there were no official mention by Microsoft about it but you could use this function using the new API in native code. As pointed by WPDang
" Microsoft has repeatedly pointed out that the features presented to the Developer Summit 2012 are not all the features of Windows Phone 8 and that there will soon be the new ads. ".
Like all the new features of Windows Phone 8, although this has to be added to the list of those questioned on Windows Phone 7.8. We hope that Microsoft will soon let us know something about it.
