Xbox Music has three modes of use, which depend on the type of contract that one will do:
- Free: Comprehensive but with banner ads (only on Windows)
- Subscription $ 9.99 per month (XBox Music Pass): Allows you to take full download service through the Store. The service can also use the owners of a Zune Pass , just to make a change
- 30 day trial: Microsoft provides 30-day free trial to use the service for a limited time
Unfortunately, now comes the sorrowful news: XBox Music is not available neither for Windows 7 or for Windows Phone 7, so existing users will continue to use the Zune software.
