HTC has made no secret of wanting to bet in a decisive manner in Windows Phone 8 platform in order to return to being competitive in the smartphone industry. The manufacturer places high hopes on the mobile platform from Microsoft, finding in it a means to cope with the decline in sales.
The new strategy of HTC is not convincing, however, the Morgan Stanley analysts who believe WP8 not enough to overcome the difficult situation . Determinants are not only investments on the new mobile platform, but also those relating to the promotion and distribution agreements with telecom operators.
