HTC Russia via Twitter has confirmed that the WP7.8 update for HTC Radar will start in February and continue in March. HTC Radar is was launched in late 2011, as well as many other Windows Phone 7.5 devices, and now is waiting the update to the new version of Windows Phone (WP7.8) which will bring further improvements, such as resizable Live Tiles on the Home Screen.
In response to a user who asked when the WP7.8 update will come to the HTC Radar, HTC Russia confirmed the to release date for the WP7.8 update, set in the period between February and March. The time frame is still quite big, but the confirmation is in any case welcome.
HTC Russina did not mentioned anything about the HTC Titan, the top range of Windows Phone 7.5 smartphone, also released in late 2011, which was launched together with HTC Radar. Probably the Titan will be updated to WP7.8 with the other HTC Windows Phone devices.
However, we must point that the date of the much expected update may differ from region to region, but as always we will be here to report the progress of the WP7.8 update for all Windows Phone 7.5 devices.
