Windows Phone 7.8 coming to all WP7.5 devices today?

While we all waiting some official information from Microsoft regarding the Windows Phone 7.8 upgrade, the Chinese  site WPDang reports that they learned from from a reliable source that today January 30th Microsoft will start global distribution  of Windows Phone 7.8 update. Just a reminder that this a rumors, but WPDang so far in the past has proved to be quite reliable source of information about Windows Phone devices.

Windows Phone 7.8 update coming on January 31st according to Windows Phone Colombia

There seems to be more questions, Windows Phone 8.7 will be officially released from next January 31!  Following extensive evidence highlighted by telecom operators around the world, here comes the first official response from Microsoft, namely Windows Phone Colombia.

HTC Russia - WP7.8 update for HTC Radar coming in February

HTC Russia via Twitter has confirmed that the WP7.8 update for HTC Radar will start in February and continue in March. HTC Radar is was launched in late 2011, as well as many other Windows Phone 7.5 devices, and now is waiting the update to the new version of Windows Phone (WP7.8) which will bring further improvements, such as resizable Live Tiles on the Home Screen.

Nokia customer survey reveals some features coming with the Windows Phone 7.8 update

Lots of Windows Phone users are waiting the much anticipated Windows Phone 7.8 update  , the intermediate  update created by Microsoft for WP7.5 users, that is suppose to introduce a number of Windows Phone 8 features.

The Nokia Lumia 505is the latest low budget Windows Phone smartphone offered by Nokia, that was subject of a rumors few day ago, and now it appears that it is a real deal. The Lumia 505 is low-end device that will be distributed exclusively in Mexico by Mexican operator Telcell.

Alcatel One Touch WP7 smartphone launching soon in Russia

After October announcement that Alcatel is about to debut on Windows Phone scene, now comes information that new Windows Phone smartphone from Alcatel is coming to Russia. The Russian launch of the entry-level Windows Phone smartphone, the Alcatel One Touch View will be on the December 15th and the device will be sold at very low cost of 6990 rubles ($226.10 or 175.31 Euros).

Nokia Lumia 505 - New low-end Windows Phone 7.8 smartphone coming in Mexico?

We all know that Nokia is preparing to storm the low-end smartphone market with its new Lumia 510, which should be hitting the Chinese market with Windows Phone 7.8 on board. 

This new smarthone should follow the success from the Lumia 610 , but apparently could not be the only smartphone in the same genre ready to arrive on the market in the near future, at least if the latest rumors coming from Mexico will actually be confirmed in the near future.
