The first generation Nokia Lumia smartphone users are eagerly waiting for new info about the start of the distribution of the Windows Phone 7.8 update. Between the devices that are to receive the update is the include the entry-level Nokia Lumia 610.
In some World markets, the Nokia Lumia 610 is currently sold with Windows Phone 7.8 pre-installed, as we can see in the video below. The smartphone in the video was bought in the UK at Carphone Warehouse and it came with WP7.8 all ready pre-instaled.
Nokia has confirmed that Windows Phone 7.8 will be available for all Nokia Lumia devices of the first generation since the beginning of 2013, and the presence of the update in a few models sold recently by Nokia point that such a claim to be true.
