Rumor - Nokia Phi and Nokia Arrow for AT&T and T-Mobile will be presented on September 5th

Nokia and Microsoft are preparing for big announcement on September 5th Press Conference

IDC - Windows Phone now has 3.5% of the smartphones worldwide market share in Q2 2012


Windows Phone according to IDC now has 3.5% worldwide marketshare.IDC also reports that the success of Android and iPhone OS comes at the expense of competitors in decline,who were market leaders in the past such as Symbian and BlackBerry, both fell below the 5% market share, although the senior analyst Kevin Restivo said that the struggle for supremacy is far from over. 

The success of the Android mobile platform would be mostly from Samsung, which produced 44% of all smartphones based on Google's mobile platform sold in the period under review. Also according to IDC  5.4 million Windows Phone smartphones were sold in Q2 2012 which is 3.5% of the total  market and comparing this to Q2 2011, Windows Phone had a 115.3% growth.

Images of the alleged new Nokia Lumia prototype smartphone spread on the net in the last few hours,showing a brand new Nokia Lumia.The device, apparently seems like Nokia Lumia 900 and has a shell with yellow color and the new version of the Windows Phone OS. The homescreen with tiles of different sizes suggests that conclusion, even if it is not possible to determine with certainty whether it is  Windows Phone 7.8 or Windows Phone 8,since the new home is common to both versions of the operating system (it could be Furthermore, a simple skin).

Rumor - Bloomberg: The first WP8 Lumia smartphone will be presented at Nokia World
