Telstra confirms that the HTC Titan, HD7 and Mozart will be updated to WP7.8 between late February and early March

Telephone operators have an important role in the release of Windows Phone updates dedicated to the WP devices and in the absence of any official information from the manufacturers, they are an important resource for users waiting for the latest update.

Australian carrier Telstra has posted a its update schedule for the WP7.8 update for the HTC Windows Phone smartphones, the HTC Titan, HD7 and Mozart.The update is scheduled to be effectuate between the end of February and beginning of March.

The information formalized by Telstra through its official website, it is referring, of course, models distributed in the Australian market, but it is interesting to note that the time frame coincides with the HTC Russia confirmation regarding the WP7.8 update for the HTC Radar.

On that occasion, the period for issuing the update was detected between late February and early March. Different markets, different sources, but the same period.

It 's interesting to note that, as reported by Telstra, it seems that even the first generation devices, such as the HTC HD7 and HTC  Mozart will be updated to Windows Phone 7.8.
