HTC Russia via Twitter has confirmed that the WP7.8 update for HTC Radar will start in February and continue in March. HTC Radar is was launched in late 2011, as well as many other Windows Phone 7.5 devices, and now is waiting the update to the new version of Windows Phone (WP7.8) which will bring further improvements, such as resizable Live Tiles on the Home Screen.

Unlocked HTC Titan and HTC Radar receiving software update
If you have an unlocked/non-branded HTC Titan and HTC Radar , then you should go plug your phone to your pc/laptop and start Zune Desktop software as HTC has begun pushing out what looks to be a minor software update to its two second gen.WP smartphones.
The spoken update will update the firmware, the version of the bootloader and software radio.No explanation instead on improvements with this update.

The new graphical interface, fluidity, speed and reliability that will surely contribute to the devices based on Windows Phone users to be appreciated by users.

Nokia Lumia 800, HTC Radar best sellers in Russia
WP7Forum.ru reports that both Windows Phone smartphones Nokia Lumia 800 and HTC Radar are selling quite well in Russia.
From the picture taken from the web site one of Russia’s largest online retailers, Svyaznoy.ru,we can see that the both smartphones are one of bestsellers.HTC Radar is on 3rd place and Lumia 710 is placed seventh.
This is HTC Radar and Nokia Lumia 800. Interestingly, they were side by side with such celebrities as, for example, iPad 2.
WP7Forum.ru notes that both phones have been aggressively marketed, and will hopefully help grow the Windows Phone 7 ecosystem in Russia.

HTC Radar 4G is temporarily out of stock on T-Mobile web site.Whether they sold out because they only stocked very few or whether it’s just that popular is still unknown, but being temporarily out of stock is a good problem to have for both HTC and Windows Phone because it means that there is demand for this new 7.5 device
