Nokia Play To DLNA app is available for Nokia Lumia devices with Windows Phone 7.5 on board.
Unfortunately, this app currently is not available for new Lumia Windows Phone 8 smartphones, but now finally we find out why is missing.

Nokia Play To Beta app is now available for Nokia Lumia devices
Short time ago Nokia Beta Labs have released the first official build (and in testing phase) of Play To. Play To already seen on Symbian is an app that allows the share photos and video of the phone via WLAN with DLNA-compatible devices.
Nokia Labs have announced that in future releases will integrate the functions of streaming audio and DLNA Media Server.
