Alcatel One Touch WP7 smartphone launching soon in Russia

The Russian launch of the entry-level Windows Phone smartphone, the Alcatel One Touch View will be on the December 15th and the device will be sold at very low cost of 6990 rubles ($226.10 or 175.31 Euros).
