Report:Huawei will begin to develop Windows Phones in the first half of 2012




According to DigiTimes and its sources, Huawei in China would like to spread the new Microsoft OS in the first half of 2012, during which time Nokia also will attempt the same maneuver with their devices Lumia.

Nokia confirms the arrival of its Windows Phone in China by mid-2012


The projects of the Finnish manufacturer for their Windows Phone devices placement in the world is going well, here comes the arrival of the first confirmations for Nokia Windows Phone Eastern market.

A Nokia spokesman said that the first smartphone based on Windows Phone will arrive in China in the first half of 2012. This is an official confirmation from Nokia of the foregoing and interest of the vast Chinese market. 

The Windows Phone device manufacturer who has already stated to invade the Chinese market is ZTE, which will begin issuing its own devices in Q3 2012. 

Microsoft, to date, has not yet introduced Windows Phone in China, but has officially stated that invade the Eastern market by the end of 2012.Nokia holds 28% of the mobile market in China, so an introduction of Windows Phone terminals in this vast market could bring good results in the growth of the mobile operating system from Microsoft.
